About deletion

When you submit a deletion request, your profile is made immediately unavailable and all personal data is permanently deleted after 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We keep payment records, a record of the deletion and your support messages; if an account has been banned, we also retain minimal safety records (such as hashed contact details, account identifiers, and safety templates) for fraud prevention and member safety. The full list is shown when you confirm.

  • After 30 days all your personal data - profile, photos and messages - is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We keep a small set of records: payment records, a record of the deletion and your support messages for every account, and - for banned accounts only - minimal safety records such as account identifiers, safety templates and hashed contact details. Reports other members made about an account, with the part of the chat they reported, are kept for 12 months after the latest report. The full list is shown after you confirm.
